some things of the old testament are worth observing for the sake of wisdom but I wouldn't expect everyone to be sincerely searching the presence of God in their lives.
Yet this assumes that God somehow does not sanction relations between a man and his wife ... and that this holy and God ordained union ... somehow can make us unclean.
This is not sin ... DM ... in no way, shape or form.
That is worrisome ... the roots of this is legalism.

So, you pick and choose.
How do you make your decision? Just curious..........

uh... that scares me. you have a man of God for a reason. and if God tells him to let you know something about what goes on in the bedroom you had better listen. the Bible has plenty of references of things that shouldnt be allowed in the Bedroom.
And with this quote, my semi-prediction of a church somewhere, where camera's are required to be installed in newly married couples bedrooms for the purpose of the pastor "checking in" has just HALF come true! -Or at least has the strong potential.
It's common sense that if couples engage before a church service that the presence of God will not manifest. Why don't you put aside your theological arguments and just try it out on the basis of expirimentation. Not that you don't have enough days in the week for such activities.
