The Lake of fire we are told by UR is PURIFYING only. So the Devil and His angels will be purified not destroyed or tormented
Why should it be terrifying? God won't torture you. He will snap his fingers and instantly turn you into a believer who loves God. Torture never made someone a believer or a lover
