I do for the most part now. I am waiting on a call back and hopefully I can get everyone an inside scoop on the Canada situation.

Criticizing ANY organization simply for the sake of criticism is NOT productive.
Calling a "spade" when you see a spade is just reality. There is just as much criticism of "charismania" as there is UPC and other orgs, at least IMO.
If we begin to limit our commraderie, discussions, beliefs, standards etc. around the UPC, it's belief system and politics, etc. then you all can have a nice life, but I have more important things to do than not tell the truth.

Very good post, sir.

I am very thankful for it also. I especially like the fact that because of it now you can self checkout at Wal-Mart and Home Depot.

Not to diss you Sister Newman. You bring thought to the table here and I like to have thought to be challenged.
Disclaimer- Use of the word Sister was in full respect and will be removed if deemed offensive.

Yes, my post to you said the same thing. 90% of the voting forum...
Glad to be appreciated and "Newman" works well too.

I personally, like to call you "counsellor" out of respect for your position!

I find that incredibly sad. We have a good forum with a grand array of distinct views but, as much as I hate to say it, some of it is more antiApostolic than Apostolic.
Let's change direction! How about some real threads of substance besides the grande old 'bread and butter' "I went to a UPC Church and met Count Dracula!" / "How to whack your hair off in 36 simple steps and still feel good about it" / "Will shacking up with someone in an act of Adultery really send you to Hell if you repent daily?" type of stuff.
GOOD GRIEF!
(Where's Charlie Brown when you need him?!? He says "GOOD GRIEF" so much better than I do.)

If you would stop all the threads about "standards" then everyone would lay off the UPC.
Let's talk about something else...like the W of G.
