You can tell from the front that while the size is ok it does feel a little tight.

Hmmm... buy a few Tumbleweeds and put them on the back of the property. Then you could rent the Tumbleweeds to the employees who are too exhausted after cleaning your house all day to want to do much on their own homes at night.

It's so dry in KS a creek bed caught fire a few weeks ago. No snow to insulate with. 
You posted about gas prices on another thread and I started thinking about tiny houses again.

Oh, I forgot a few things we did to save this year. For one, we shut off our phone and replaced it with the Magic jack VOIP phone service -25 bucks a month to 20 bucks a year! We also refinanced our home and went from 5.79 to 4.3 percent!
