Now, about Russia... none of us have a clue what other nations are doing in America. We don't even have much of a clue what our own government has been doing. But I've studied military history. What's been happening in America with these events looks EXACTLY like standard, text book Low Intensity Conflict waged by special ops forces - likely from various countries including our own - in order to destabilize things and move the herds this way or that way.

This shooter was a Sudanese Christian immigrant. That alone has "CIA" written all over it. You ever see the movie "Machine Gun Preacher"? Based on a true story. Apostolic minister running guns and ammo into Sudan to fight Muslims and Lord's Resistance Army guerrillas to "save the chilrenz". Yeah, and I'm a Chinese jet pilot.

It has been several years now, but I commented (on FB or AFF-- not sure) on how I SINCERELY BELIEVED that it seemed like our country was being manipulated by outside forces.

I promise you I said it and I said it publically. I think we are on the same wavelength here.

Yes, I have seen parts of this movie. I don't think I have seen the whole thing, but I know the movie you are referring to and I didn't know he was Apostolic!

It is completely PLAUSIBLE that he went over with his original intentions and decided to involve himself in other activities. I don't think he went over as a CIA operative-- but this preacher was former military, if I am not mistaken. He definitely put himself in a situation where he might have been valuable to the CIA.

However, that is thing with conspiracy thinking-- there is just enough truth that would lead the unsuspecting down the road to "Kookys-ville."

I use the term loosely. If you watch the movie, in the scene where he is baptized, he gets baptized "in the name of Jesus Christ". I think the pastor even says " for the forgiveness of your sins". So the guy was baptized by a Jesus Name Pentecostal preacher (the church was definitely Pentecostal). He began preaching there, then started his orphan ministry in Sudan, then went independent. The ministry is still around but seems to be more charismatic. As far as I know he still travels back and forth to Sudan, and when here in the States he travels to various churches to drum up donations and support.

CIA involvement with missionary groups is a known fact. CBN (700 Club) got involved with the Company during the whole Iran-Contra thing. They use missionaries as sources of information and sometimes smuggle things in and out of an area using missionary trips. They create front groups (including Bible distribution ministries) as cover for other activities.

The fact this guy seems to have little problem traveling back and forth to a full blown hot zone in Africa like Sudan, plus has contacts with various guerrilla armies (remember Kony?), has access to weapons and ammo supplies that even locals have trouble getting... yeah, CIA. Christians In Action.
