I'm begging you to pray!

URGENT!!!!

Please pray for my grandfather, Rev. James Hodum. He is currently in ICU in Tupelo. He went to the hospital due to the fact that he was retaining fluid but now his kidneys have failed, his sight has been affected, he was disoriented and I just received a call that he was unresponsive.

As hard as this is to type, please pray for God's will. He does all things well.

Also, please pray for me and my family. My grandfather is the patriarch of the family and if it wasn't for him and his faithfulness we may not know and love this precious truth today.

Thanks for the fevent prayer.

Dear Jesus we pray for Rev. Hodum right now.

You see the need and the desperate cry of this grandson to touch his grandfather.

In Jesus name!

Lord God,

I well remember 18 yrs. ago, when my dad, the patriarch of our family

was nearing the end of his life. Praying "O Lord, it seems we (family) need

him so much. The church needs him so much, but Lord, never the less, thy

will be done, in Your name"! Lord, You did see fit to take him on home but

not before you touched me in such a beautiful way. You gave me peace

and comfort that would endure to date.

Lord, look down on this young grandson and his cry for what this grand-

father has stood for. If those who have paved the way of truth before

us, never leave, we could not and would not grow up to be patriarchs for

our own children and grandchildren. Lord, you take away that that which

cannot be taken away might remain. Thank You, Lord Jesus, You alone

know what is best. We humbly ask for peace and comfort for this family,

if You do see fit to take Rev. James Hodum HOME!

This grandson has asked for Your Will to be done and that is wisdom. We

know Your Will cannot be improved upon.

We commit this prayer request into Your Wonderful Hands, in Jesus Name!

Dear Little Brother, (I say that in the sense I am a much older sister.)

I have a feeling God has already imparted some of your grandfather's

wisdom into your earthen vessel. I believe you have wisdom beyond

your years. Being willing to submit to God's Will regardless of what it is,

is a sign of spiritual maturity. God bless you and your family during this

time. His peace and comfort will be sufficient for the need!

Blessings,

Falla39

Thank you so much for the effectual fervent prayer!!!!
Keep praying please!!!

One side of his heart has been damaged for quite a while but now apparently the other side has become damaged as well and he is to weak to repair it himself. They have also put him on a ventilator.

The doctor said that he could maintain the state that he is in for a night or for a year. I am packing and am about to leave to head up there.

We trust God's will and with His grace we accept it, no matter the outcome.
