Another sniper?

My mom just told me that Charlottesville schools are closed today after someone was reported to be shooting vehicles on I-64 overnight. At least 5 vehicles were hit by gunfire but no injuries so far.

This is an area where I'll be moving and working. Please pray they get this idiot!
