Are you a person your leader can trust?

I have thought about this thought for days...

I am not talking about blindly following someone but if you are a church member or even hold an office do you feel that your leader can trust you?

Re: Are you a person your leader can trust?

Probably one of the greatest things someone can say about is that they trust us. Over the years we have worked with hundreds of people…some we could trust and others we could not trust.

I have always felt that birds of the same feathers fly together…

How do I know when someone is not trust worthy? Usually by their friends.

If people run with the revolted then they are revolted…if they run with trouble makers then they no doubt will be trouble makers.

more later....

I certainly hope so. I love our pastor and church and would never want to bring a reproach on either, nor God.

Sis. Alvear,

If trust to them is a "yes" person, and a "do whatever I am asked to to person" the answer is "NO".

If it is loyalty and sticking by you even if you make a mistake, or humbly asking forgiveness if I have made a mistake...absolutely.

Blessings, Rhoni

Yes, my pastor can trust me. He does trust me. He asks me to teach, so he must trust me.

Hi Rhoni...I am not talking a yes person but someone the pastor can count on...someone the pastor knows even when there are disagreements the person is still loyal and not stabbing them in the back...

I have disagreed with people I love and still been loyal to them...

I am thinking about those that every chance they have they are telling others why they disagree with the pastor and then wonder why he does not trust them...You know that is quite common today.

I think not being able to express your opinion is abuse...however I think a wise disiciple is one that knows how to follow...
