Christ Church Pastor Change

I have learned that Christ Church will announce Bro. Hardwicks retirement this coming Sunday. The vote for the new pastor will be in three weeks.

There will only be one person on the ballot - Dan Scott! It will be a "yes" or "no" vote.

The board has asked Dan to start looking for an assistant pastor. The next few months should be interesting!

They called but my answering machine got it, tell them I will call back when I get time. Also tell them it is 2008 and really $500 a week don't get it anymore.

I was alerted to this thread by a lurker, and am glad they brought my attention to it.

Elder Epley...you just let me know when CC is going to run, I simply MUST be there to see that. I would even buy YOUR dinner at Ruth's Chris just to be able to see such an event. I will get you dessert as a bonus if you can convert Dan Scott into one of those screming preachers CC can't handle.
