Salmon on the Grill

Anybody ever grilled salmon?

If so, how did you season it?

Thanks, I have some ready to grill.

Re: Salmon on the Grill

I haven't grilled it, but I love Salmon!
My wife usually broils it in the oven.

Salt & Pepper, and Lemon juice is what she uses!

yum. there are several ways.

just a bit of salt and pepper and grill on a cedar plank.

add some lemon pepper and thin slices of lemon on top.

make a paste with basil, garlic and olive oil and baste it.

make a sauce with sugar, soy, jalapenos and a bit of wasabe powder and marinde for 15 minutes before grilling.

season with sesame oil, teriakki and garlic

just dont over cook. you want the center to just be opaque.

there are at least 20 miss spelled words in this post. oy veh!

Best meal we have EVER eaten in our lives was grilled salmon (of course it was cooked by Emeril Lagasse).

Double yum!

I love grilled salmon, and I'm sure if Emeril cooked it, it was divine!
