Clearing The Slate 2008!

As 2008 comes to a close, this year with all of it's ups & downs will be relegated to the history books, however what we did or said lives on.
With that in mind I just want to say that I know I am a very opinionated fellow, I like to joke & kid around & if in the course of this past year I have either did or said anything that you might have taken offense to, would you please forgive me?

I really do not want to enter 2009 with any offenses that I may have caused without asking forgiveness for them.

I always try to keep in my mind in talking with each of you that we may be spending eternity together.
I say may because I do not believe in eternal security for any until you get that "Well done thou good & faithful servant!"

I do love you all & you are often in my thoughts & prayers!
I rejoice when you rejoice, & I weep when you weep!

Please continue to pray for me as I am still a work in progress!

Love & Prayers,

Bro Ron Bjorndal

Re: Clearing The Slate 2008!

Bro. Ron your one of my favorite posters and this thread indicates one of the reasons why.

I think many times we are misunderstood. We think we have conveyed our thoughts to only see folks respond completely different than what we meant for them to.

You have never offended me and I would hope I would do as the scriptures says and go to you if you had. I think we fail to do that as we should and then we let bitterness take root. That is not a good thing.

I pray you have a blessed year this coming year and thanks for all the prayers you have sent my way this past year and hope you will continue to do so in the coming year.

God Bless you and your family.

Re: Clearing The Slate 2008!

Ron, you have such a sweet, sweet spirit. I sincerely doubt that you are capable of offending anyone! But thank you for posting this. It's just another example of your wonderful attitude and spirit.

One thing I've noticed lately: I see that you signed your full name at the end of this. And I've seen several others recently who've been much more open about their identity on here. I think that really speaks highly for the close relationships we've been developing over the last few years, don't you?

Sincerely,
Margie Seeman
