Flight 1549: A Prophetic Action Over America

This Sunday the Lord showed me that the U S Airways flight over New York City was a prophetic action meant to show America our future. The United States has had its power source cut off. The two engines on this plane represent the two huge financial institutions that have collapsed. President Obama represents the pilot of this plane who has just taken off and has found that the economy is powerless. Like the pilot, he looks below him for a safe landing space. Passing over New York City, he can't land on the streets of Wall Street, he can't land on the bridges. There is only one spot where he can put this huge dangerous economy called the USA down safely. That is in the river. The Hudson River represents the Ezekiel 47 river that flows out of the House of God. The amazing thing about this prophetic action is that everyone was saved. Not one soul was lost. The physical plane landed just a few blocks from the downed twin towers of the World Trade Center. So, yes, New York has seen destruction but now they have witnessed salvation. For it is the goodness of God that brings men to repentance.

In a few weeks we are going to release on our web site a never- before published book that is based upon the Christian WYSIWYG Filmworks screenplay, "The Last Epic". You will enjoy this book in its weekly installments.

This Thursday, January 22, 2009, at 10:00 A.M., a special prophetic Bay Area Pastor's luncheon hosted by myself, with special guest, Timothy Snodgrass, flown in from Asia will be held at the Voice of Pentecost Church located at 1970 Ocean Avenue in San Francisco. All are welcome to attend. The Luncheon will be held in the church lobby. We will be featuring San Francisco Pastor George Lee's famous spaghetti and sausage feast.

Timothy Snodgrass is famous for prophetically warning the island nations concerning the tsunami wave in Indonesia. Two years ago he prophesied that the Voice of Pentecost Church would be completely remodeled. Four days later the word was fulfilled and to date, $1.9 million dollars in improvements has been paid and the work completed. God has given Timothy a special word for the churches in the Bay Area and beyond. You must be here to hear this.

Of course this announcement is coming to you SUDDENLY! Wasn't Pentecost the same way? You should expect this.

I thought prophecies were supposed to fortell the future? This sounds like a rehashing of what just happened

While I find the survival of passengers and crew on that flight was remarkable, I'm confused about what a "prophecy action" is.

Could this be something comparable (or claimed to be comparable) to Elisha in 2 Kings 13:14-20? If so, how can we evaluate it (2 Peter 2:1-3; Matthew 7:15; Nehemiah 6:12-14, and many others)?

The economy is "powerless" yet Richard was able to get $1.9 million from somewhere. ??? Don't get me wrong, I like RG and have defended him on this board and elsewhere in the past. I just have to be skeptical of any thing that doesn't line up with exactness to the Bible, or at least allows itself to be evaluated with reason and the Bible.

We should be able to evaluate these "visions" and "prophecy actions" and everything else objectively. If you're not bringing us something we can evaluate and thus be edified, then you might as well just stand there speaking in tongues.

I was going to post this "prophecy action" about the pilot being Brett Farve and the jet being the Jets. The Hudson river was the AFC East ... well you get the idea.

I thought better of it.

So if the prophecy guy from Asia comes, is he bringing the financial blessings on the churches he prophesies over or is he predicting the financial blessings?
I would imagine he is in great demand!!

another murky, inspecific, so-called prophecy. And that, about Obama, or the American economy, or some other LAME subject to which only carnal men care about. Pu-lease!



God doesn't care much for our economy, and I myself don't care either. It is overblown. I'll believe we are in a recessions when the malls aren't packed on the weekends, when people don't attend sporting events that can easily cost over $100 seat to watch players making several MILLIONS per year, and teams keep giving more and more in contract money. We're a long way from standing in mile long soup lines.

I'm tired of this mess, if someone is going to speak a prophetic word from God to this country it is not going to start with Palin, Obama, economy, etc. It is going to start out something like this:
