Recovery Chapel Testimony-'I am not gay anymore!'
Every Friday I have chapel for the women's recovery homes.
Today I was talking about how we get oppressed by Satan.
One thing Satan does is lie and sometimes those lies need to be exposed and we need to examine what Jesus would say instead.
I had them all close their eyes and think of a lie that was told them.
Then I said picture Jesus walking in at the same moment and what would he say?
One woman said - I was told I could never change- Jesus said all things are possible!
Another woman said- I was told no man would ever want me-Jesus said that wasn't true I am a woman of God!
the last one said- when I was 5 my sisters told me that I would be gay-well I am not gay, anymore!
She went on to say I don't want to be gay anymore! I want to live for God.
It was truly amazing! I am still in awe at what happened today! God is truly moving among these folks.

Love the testimony!
What is going to interest me is whether the ones who defend the gays on this forum are going to say it is impossible for that woman as she was born gay!
Otta be interesting!

I really hope this thread does not become a place to debate that issue.
But I can clearly tell you she was gay, said she was. Out of her mouth she said " I don't want to be gay- I am not gay!
She said it on her own, no one told her to say these things. I told her it's your choice you do not have to be.

Most of the junk in our lives that keep us back are the lies that someone told us when we were young and susceptible to oft times very cruel influences.
Way2b used there, Jeannie. Or whoever you are...
