Last week my wife & I were in the kitchen cleaning up & preparing dinner.
Kristin our oldest was there as well & she proceeded to tell us of her day.
She said that she got her first detention today.
I asked what for?
She said that seeing as her sister whose class is just down the hall from her were on a field trip to the UBC Botanical Gardens, she & a few other kids went and proceeded to tip over the chairs in the room.
She said that a teacher caught them & they were sent to the Vice Principle's office & got a stern lecture.
By know she had a cheeky grin on her face & I looked at her seriously & said that you don't seem to be taking this seriously?
It was then that I felt the hook lodged in my mouth & she burst into laughter.
I said, woaaa, this ain't April Fools yet!!
She said. it doesn't matter I still got you!
Rotten kid!
