Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Isn't renting and sharing the rent two different acts?
1) Is denying to rent to some one over race, sex, nationality, etc
2) Is looking to SHARE an occupancy with a specific person

Now I am not sure what the law states if she was renting out the room. My opinion that falls under the "Room Share".

i don't know whether you'll be able to settle it down or not, but you should probably start saving money because if you have any money ANYWHERE and it is ruled that you have to pay it... the courts can seize that money and give it right to Capital One. or you could go to jail if you don't pay it.
