Many of you have probably seen this already, but I think it is hilarious.

It's something in the old black and white movies on tv how everyone, even little old ladies, smoked.

Women smoked through their pregnancies and thought nothing of it.

Our heroes smoked.

Everyone, including doctors, smoked.

Reminds me of the days no one knew germs existed.
