The Georgia Guidestones have these 10 sayings in the 8 most spoken languages on the earth.
"LET THESE BE GUIDESTONES TO AN AGE OF REASON"

1. Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.
2. Guide reproduction wisely - improving fitness and diversity.

Georgia is a state in the United States of American down I-20 from Texas. 
They were put up in George back in 1980. No one knows who had them put there. I think they cost half a million dollars but the guy who had the work done demanded complete anonymity.

Without going into a long detailed reply, basically it is one of the "sugar-coated" signposts for their coming "New Age" age of Aquarius (in reality, the global system of the Antichrist they are waiting to usher in).
