How many of you are focused on small group ministry?

Focused? Not. But I should be.

I've talked about it for years and it still my heartbeat as I continue to tire of the trappings of the modern church model.

I think Small Groups are a great start... but I don't think they go far enough toward the heart of being missional.

I think small groups are very "missional"

But their mission isn't continual growth of their own personal group but continual growth of the whole of the Body.

After all... it was a small group style church that turned their world upside down.

love small groups. 2nd Sunday of every month we have them. We have about
10-11 homes desinated for them....

We have truly been blessed with this ministry. Each home usually averages
30-40 people.........

D4T, I do think "Small Group Ministry" is part of it, and like I said, it's a great start, but it doesn't connect all the dots.

Yeah, "Small Groups" used to be called Charismatic and Emergent, so... just give them time... they are usually 20 years behind.
