I don't believe he knows what it takes to create a job. He has made big business out to be villans, wants to punish those who are successful with higher taxes and has made creating a business very difficult.

He has set records in creating gubment jobs. Lots of czars need lots of staff.

As an economist tracking real job growth on somewhat obscure sites, I did find he created distinctive growth hiring census workers. Later adjustments showed some have been reported more than once.
