Sorry, my 10MM Glock and I have a different view point. You try to harm my family or I, I'm gonna put some windows in your body to let Jesus' light shine through!
By the way.... I have the Glock, model 20 (displayed in video). I also have the ammo displayed in video (Double Tap,10mm, 180 Grain-Full Power House Rounds) - Watch the video and see the holes it makes!
FYI: I'm not in the video-Just a video found on Youtube.

That is exactly what Jesus would do.

Re: Would I Kill A Person?
So do you want a medal, or a chest to pin it on?

Neither. I'll take a 2012 Mercedes CL500.

Re: Would I Kill A Person?
I'll let u have mine when I'm done with it
I do keep a 40 cal in the closet. I would use it to protect my family, but trying to kill someone with it would not be my objective, hopefully it would not come to that. I'd fire in the air to warn off intruders, if the only option would be to shoot at them to stop them, I would do so in hopes of Stopping them BUT not taking their life. God gives life, and it's up to him to decide when to take it, is my personal opinion. Each to their own tho.
I went to high school with a guy that shot and killed an intruder, it messed him up for a while. Not sure if he would handle things differently if he had it to do again or not.

Re: Would I Kill A Person?
I feel sorry for Aquila's family and I don't think God is taking any particular joy with the concept that Aquila would not protect his wife or children from being murdered if he could.
Frankly this perspective totally baffles me. While the Bible talks about turning the other cheek I don't believe it urges us to lose our life for any reason other than persecution for proclaiming the Gospel.
In the instance where a family member is going to be killed and I can stop it by killing the attacker you can bet your sweet bippy I will be the one doing the killing and have no problem standing before God. In fact I will be thanking him for the opportunity to protect my family.
I guess next I will be reading that Aquila is handling snakes and drinking poison.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

I don't own any guns, because my fists are registered weapons.

Re: Would I Kill A Person?
Would giving a violent house breaker snakes to handle or a poison drink count?
Sorry, my sense of humor gets a bit warped after a while. I have neither serpents nor poison drink, but I do have two cats who might be more than loving enough to drive him insane. I know this because they do that to me.

This thing can be complicated and argued both ways, IMO...
For instance if one would shoot an intruder that will harm their family, yet would he put down his gun at the point he found out the intruder was a Muslim so he can "die for his faith?
In any instance like that, suppose one was going to defend their family from murderers, be it in public or in the home(doesn't it matter which) and then while having a gun zeroed in on the attacker, they find out it us primarily because they are Christians, then at that point is it time to put the gun down, and let them kill your babies?
Again, I believe this might be more complicated than first meets the eye, the Kingdom and Gods will fit in it somewhere, and we each have to decide where.
I have a brothernlaw that is one if the bodyguards to the pastor of an AOG megachurch, he packs a concealed pistol (glock?). Now at what point should he shoot or not shoot?
