Mortgage deal?

What are your thoughts on forcing taxpayers to pay for others mortgage?

Taxpayers already bought people appliances and cars now houses?

I'm I looking at this wrong?

Re: Mortgage deal?

The government should not be doing these things with the money that the have confiscated from the citizen. It is nothing short of legalized highway robbery. If any of us did this, we would likely go to prison for embezzelment of funds and possibly money laundering.

Re: Mortgage deal?

Maybe if we just all cast the right vote (well, "all" of us on our side), we would see a complete transformation of the world political system! Please vote your conscience.

Democrats like the idea of taking from the rich and giving to the poor.

...for the sole purpose of buying votes.

And the real kicker is is that the "poor" never ever THANK the "rich" for the money, rather they thank the politician who stole it. Their hatred for those who have a nickle more than them is never quenched, only encouraged.

Re: Mortgage deal?

How is it any different then the big paychecks the poor get at tax time. Money they didn't pay in the first place. Thousands! Child credits, etc. etc.
I was able to do this about 12 years ago when laid off and going back to school. Blew my mind.

Ohhhhh, don't get me started on this! Apparently even illegals are getting HUGE tax "returns" on money they never paid to begin with and of course Dems are up in arms at the Republicans for trying to close this loophole.

Re: Mortgage deal?

Well, considering that the government takes nearly 1/5 of my paycheck taxes, and I actually probably spend more money in taxes than anything else when the sales taxes are added, I feel that I have a right to be more than slightly irate. And they say that I am middle class (yeah right).

It smells like communism, marxism, radical left wing politics.
It will create a population of "do nothing, expect the government to take care of me"....
