any relation to wayne cardwell/dequincy la who just passed at 56 ? i think he was wpf at passing.

Not sure. His dad is Harold Cardwell, Sr. And lives in Roseburg, OR. I believe his daughter is married to a Pastor that may be WPF in the southern part of California but I don't remember her married name.

He pastored in Clovis, Ca. Was out of VM's church in Fresno.

No they are not wpf they are independent. They are about an hour from me. I have known them for some time now and they are great people.
