Mankind is the fifth kingdom of Daniel and covers the whole Earth. It stands to reason that all the kingdoms in Daniel's prophesy are kingdoms of the whole Earth. This is a vision of LATTER DAYS. It's always assumed that the first kingdom is talking about King Nebuchadnezzer (
