Re: DOW Hits New High
The stock market is the only place one can make any money. Savings accounts are worthless, CDs are offering nothing in interest rates, Money Markets also are pitiful. Stocks and bonds are the only segment offering any decent return on investment. But I believe it's an overvalued market. Our money is losing value, the jobs market is stagnate, Europe is on the brink and our debt continues to escalate. The housing market looked great in 2006 but less than two years later all hell broke loose. I hope that Wall Street continues to proposer, but we need Main Street to succeed and it's not. Economists say the recession is over but poll after poll says that the average man on the street says we're still in a recession.
And DM, since when were you happy that the Dow Jones was doing so well????? I thought THEY were the ENEMY!!!!!!! ROFLOL
