Pray for rain

No matter where you go in California, anytime you pass a field of agriculture of any kind.

You will see the freeways laden with signs posted saying 'PRAY FOR RAIN'.

We have been in a drought for sometime, a couple years now.

While the West Coast is praying for rain, I hope it is in the heart of every apostolic to pray for Holy Ghost rain.

We needed more than ever!

God send it on down upon every church the claims the name of Jesus and preaches they Acts 2:38 message, and send forth laborers to reap the harvest in the field.

Luke 10:2
Therefore said he onto them, the harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; praise be there for the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth laborers into his harvest.

Re: Pray for rain

Indeed, we need rain here too, it has been the worst year here since the 1920s for wildfires. And a spiritual outpouring of the spirit - oh yes, send it on down Lord!

Re: Pray for rain

Maybe California can work out as swap with South Carolina. Some SC rain for some California grapes or oranges?

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Luke 10:2

Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

Thank you ladies! The guys are too busy arguing to be concerned with something like prayer. J/k! I am sincere about wanting people to receive he HG. It's one of the keys to revival, I believe.

"If all of the people that claimed the HG really got it we could turn this world upside down!"
Elder T. Copeland

Prayer would not be an issue, Holiness would not be an issue, unity, etc...
If the church was full.
