The answer is a resounding "No!"
For the past several years the media have been tooting that horn gleefully but a careful reading of the 2010 census shows that 77.1% of Americans identify as white.
The gloating occurs because in the last census the government decided to segment the Hispanic population away from white identity. Immediately there was a 14% reduction in the white population. However, most Hispanics yet self identify as white.
You may read the info for yourself at

The notion that whites will be a minority by 2030 is also a lie.
To be a minority another group would need to surpass white population numbers. None come close. None will. Not for another 60-70 years, if ever.
The false narrative comes from fuzzy math. The media combine all other ethnic minorities, including Hispanics who identify as white, together and state that they will soon be the majority "race."
In what world does that make sense?
Finally, there is strong evidence that the illegal immigrant flow from the south is slowing. Multiple reports state that there are actually more Hispanics returning southward than pushing into the U.S. Additionally, fertility rates among Hispanics decline steeply as they assimilate into U.S. culture.
