That's kind of a slippery way to describe his feelings on the matter.

How can you fault Trump when it seems the majority of Christians have the same pathetic passivist attitude on defying Federal courts?

I do not see Trump resisting efforts by the states to reign in the courts.

I fault Trump for not taking the stand that Kim Davis's own NEW Governor took. Trump is no conservative.

I don't think so.
He has tacked himself so far to the right that he does not have national appeal. Frankly there are more centrists and left of center voters in America than there are right of center voters.

He won't have to just win people's hearts (and he is not charismatic at all), but he will also have to convince people to change the way they think in order to consciously vote for him.
