Re: Oneness Television On Demand - Kickstarter
While the cost of television production as decreased tremendously the goals of this effort would require millions of dollars, not $75,000.
I think a dedicated online streaming channel would be much more attainable. Perhaps a dedicated Youtube channel.
While the means of production have had their cost go down a lot to produce quality "entertainment" and "business" programming would cost a lot in the areas of writing, talent, producing, etc. If the productions are amateurish and not very good people will not watch.
Bottom line is I think it is an admirable idea but he needs to take baby steps with a Youtube channel to build up a loyal viewer base who would make the leap from free basic programming to paying for more sophesticated productions IF they had confidence in what they would be getting based on the Youtube track record.

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
