Re: Butt Pork Roast
So I am sure that Esaias could help you out with that pork recipe, add some shrimp and clams to it, he can help.

You are knotty.
Besides, nothing on earth tastes as good as local beef. Except beef with potatoes, perhaps.

Re: Butt Pork Roast
I've taken chuck roast, sliced it in half to make two awesome sized steaks, and cooked them on the grill using either pecan wood or pear wood.
YUUUUUGE steaks, cooked rare. mmmmmmm
I marinade them for about 1 or 2 hours in a mix of sunflower oil, vinegar, lots of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Slap them on the grill, brush them with the marinade (the marinade will drip off and create a huge flare from the fire, sears the fat just right).
Next best thing to a rib eye.

Re: Butt Pork Roast
God intended food to be cooked over a flame. That's why the altar was a giant BBQ pit, not a flattop stove grill.

Are we sure this thread is appropriate? It might offend Muslims who stumble upon AFF.
