Does anyone have any recommendations on a GOOD, highly functional but easy to use Bible App for an Android?
It DOES NOT have to be free.
It has to be able to work, with and without Wi-fi. It does not have to have a bunch of commentary but scriptural references and side notes are fine. Commentary is fine too, but it is not necessary.
I need to be able to search and navigate between scriptures easily-- as if I was using a paper Bible.
It does not have to have audio files of each and every scripture.
Now that you have an idea of what I am looking for, does anyone have any suggestions?

I use e-Sword on my Mac, iPad, and iPhone. I've used it for MANY years. They do not have e-Sword for your Android, but their forum suggests Mysword instead. Have you looked into that?

The Bible is open to those that want Truth, and if they want Truth, they find Truth. They watch individuals squabble over Bible symbolism on the Internet, and leave the Message boards to enter into the real world where live people dwell, and they find Truth. The World Wide Web is full of Internet Ayatollahs who speak their mind. There is only one Truth, and it is not hidden. I use the Bible app by YouVersion. Easy to use, light and dark backgrounds for easy day/night reading. Easy to bookmark, highlight and add notes. There are a lot of reading plans if you want to have a daily reading plan. Includes video clips. Some churches upload their sermon notes into the app so the congregation can keep them.
You can download versions for offline use. Several versions have audio. It doesn't have commentary, but users can add public notes to verses which you can read and add your own.
