the blood of young children

Apparently people have been drinking blood for ages, believing that it is an elixir for youth and regeneration

For the Ancient Greeks, blood was a magical elixir... Pliny the Elder (AD 23-79), one of the great historians of the Roman Empire, described the mad rush of spectators into arenas to drink the blood of fallen gladiators... Centuries later, Marsilio Ficino (1433-1499) similarly promoted drinking young blood as a means for the elderly to regain their youthful vigor...

And according to the linked article, now the wealthy elite are being infused with the blood of young children as an elixir of life.

Drinking blood is not a new development. Most who engage in this practice think they’re either taking part in a scientific practice or dabbling in witchcraft. That is what makes understanding the obsession among the wealthy elite with drinking the blood of children so complicated.
The ancient Greeks and Romans were notorious for their beliefs in the powerful medicinal advantages of drinking an “elixir” of blood. And not much has changed over the years.
Back in the early days of “blood transfusions” they thought drinking the blood was the most efficient scientific method. Some accounts indicate that Pope Innocent VIII was the first person to receive a “blood transfusion” in 1492. Many historical accounts claim he utilized his position to gain access to a constant supply of fresh blood from young Jewish boys.

I have a book I'm intending to read some time soon, when I can work up the nerve called A Crime So Monstrous: Face-to-Face with Modern Day Slavery by E. Benjamin Skinner.

I read the first chapter awhile ago, and had to put the book down; I couldn't handle it. The opening pages describe how easily the author, going undercover, could buy a child in Haiti to do with as he pleased.

This wickedness is prevalent in many impoverished parts of the world, and it's easy to think it only happens over there, or that it can be ignored here in the West, but this stuff happens, too. If you want to break your heart and have a hard time sleeping, just go the www.missingkids.com.

I can hardly imagine, but probably almost all of the children who are kidnapped are also sexually abused then murdered, and who knows how many of them were snatched up by professional kidnappers who get paid to then auction them off on the Dark Web or in some other part of the world where law enforcement and jurisprudence barely or not at all, exists.

This is very interesting to me. It's something I never heard about before this thread. What I find interesting is this is the very thing many Jewish people in the Diaspora into Europe were accused of doing.

I would wager a guess that this false accusation against Jewish people was used as a ruse and cover up to divert suspicions away from people like Pope (not)Innocent VIII and others.

Oh, wait, I forgot, "conspiracy theory" is defined as:

conspiracy theory
n.
1. Anything that would indicate things are not as Sesame Street as I was told they were in Kinneygarden.
2. A fact that contradicts a popular delusion.
3. Literally Hitler.

Re: the blood of young children

Do you always get an attitude when someone disagrees?

Anyway. Referring to Pay Pal founder drinking blood. Conspiracy theory much.
Reposted by several outlets... because he's a Trump supporter.

Does it seem like I have "an attitude"? I was just posting a response, is all.

You forgot one thing on your list.

If you oppose any one claiming it's a conspiracy theory you have an attitude.
