Weekend Revival

Hello everybody and Happy Monday!

Wanted to share with you all, yesterday we had the privilege to minister in a home missions church about an hour from home. The congregation was started about 11 months ago with just the Pastor and his wife. They are currently holding services in a Holiday Inn conference room.

Yesterday, there were 35 people in attendance, praise be to God! It is a very raw group with little to no church experience, but they have a hunger that I haven't seen in other "seasoned" Pentecostal churches. It was a humbling experience.

The worship service consists of just one sister on a keyboard, but almost immediately a sweet presence of God came into the room.

We preached with a burden and a passion, the Word of God. Afterwards, many hungry souls prayed at the alter and sought the Lord. Please pray for this brand new congregation that God would continue to lead them and guide them into revival and spiritual maturity.

It really is! The Pastor and his wife are passionate about souls. They are both prayer warriors and they love people!

I know they've done some door knocking and handed out flyers. They are holding a weekly bible study group in their home.

It was an awesome experience, to preach to a group of people that maybe don't look Apostolic, but what the church is seeing is the absolute definition of being Apostolic!!
