I've heard that before and it's just too funny. I've heard men speak about their wives being 'at home doing nothing'. If only they knew......

I used to get so mad at my husband when I stayed home when the kids were small and he would ask "What do you do all day?" Of course, he really had no idea and conveying it is very hard. It really needs to be experienced!

I think the majority of men in America think it's is just as much a woman's job to bring home the bacon as a man's. Conservative Christians may be the only ones who don't. I think America's women are way too overloaded even with having less children. Adam's curse was to work. Women's curse was having more sorrow and more children. Women now have less children and men have technological gadgets. So now women work more. Go figure.

Absolutely. I think Kristin will tell you her present situation, while not easy, is much preferred over working 40 hrs and then sharing the household duties.
