I wonder if many in the PAJC (who were W/S) may have been a little less hard on the subject (light) while those in the PCI that we call "PCI doctrine" were a little bit stronger on Acts 2:38/Oneness?

it seems the W/S group is stronger on the position and the PCI guys are stronger on their view, moving both groups further from one another.

Am I making sense?

Men in both the PCI and PAJC did not join and the merger looked like it was going to be a failure up to the last day. Elder Robert Daughtery at that time was a preacher in Elder Branding's church nad he was not to optimistic and was shocked when it happened the meetings had been so trumoil filled.

Interesting since SG Norris taught friends of the Bridegroom doctrine, which is not a clear cut 3 step soteriological view.
