Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.

There was all kinds of cool shows like this when I lived in japan like 35 yrs ago, my favorite was about some guy that rode around on a motorcycle and played his guitar on big boulders until the monsters showed up and he would turn into some kind of superhero, they were way beyond the pitiful "lost in Space" and "Valley of the Giants" you had to watch here. The Invaders was neat though, I must admit. Power Rangers, what a joke, cheap imitation.

Hey!!! I was in Okinawa and Yokohama, Japan from 1974 to 1979.
I remember the guy that played guitar and he flew an airplane too.
Do you remember a a cartoon called "Ly-deen"? This kid would ride his motor cycle toward a mountain and yell; "ly-deen"!
The mountain would split open and a he would get caught up in a tractor beam.
The beam would guide him into the head of a giant robot. He would then fall down into a cock-pit of the robot. There he controlled the robot, kind of like a trans-former.
