Hot water, lots of times. Maybe stain treat with something like Dawn, but go easy on it or you'll have bubbles coming out of the washer.

Find a way to blame it on hubby and then go get some new clothes. On him, of course.

Put them in the bathtub with Dawn on the spots first and let them sit for a while in cold water. Then put them in your washing machine.

Not sure it would work, but it wouldn't hurt to try:

Brown paper sack on the Carmex spot - iron the sack - - it draws out the wax onto the paper sack.

Dawn - lots of Dawn. Then rinse by hand before laundering unless you've got a lot of Carmex on the laundry room floor as well because that's where the Dawn will end up.
