Glad I didn't wander over to your house tonight... Your pizza doesn't sound so great -- I enjoy the "meat-lovers" variety.

For dinner, hubby made me a sausage/cheese omelette. It was pretty good!
I love omelettes. I can't make them very good but TB can! I love the way he fixes them. He adds salsa which spices them up and puts the zing in ..... along with shredded cheddar cheese both inside and outside. Yum!

Sounds WONDERFUL, Felicity (minus the salsa)!! My husband put shredded cheddar in mine as well. Lots of it, too... Sharp, of course.

When I make them for my husband, I add salsa. (I'm not too crazy about salsa as it has chuncks of onions & stuff. Eww.)

How are ya, btw?

I like eggs with pico de gallo on them.

Down here, we have a dish called Migas that is exactly that, along with pieces of corn tortilla and diced bell peppers mixed in as well.

They are SO good!

I spent the afternoon shopping and visiting with a friend. We went to Hobby Lobby, then stopped at Starbucks to use the gift card from Vicki, then to Bath and Body Works, then to the Dollar Tree, and finally ended up at DonPablo's for supper. It was a good afternoon.

Please pray for my friend. She has spent the last 20 years as a missionary in Thailand with her husband (she's from the Philippines). Now he's decided that he wanted to bring the family back to the US (he's American) and take a job as a truck driver. In the meantime, she finds out that he's been seeing someone on the side in Thailand. And now he's making trips back there "on business". And he's asking her for a divorce. But because she doesn't believe that divorce is ok, she's not willing to give it to him. Things are tough right now. Pray that God brings her husband into a right relationship with Himself. Pray that God will restore this marriage. Thanks. I know I can depend on all of you
Thank you, it was great if I do say so myself...and of course I will pray for your friend...

Yes, of course 'her' is mom...sorry, thought you knew that.

I love sausage and cheese omelettes, with mushrooms, onions and diced tomato...

Haha... aren't you funny?!!

And, yes; I figured "her" was your mom - just thought I'd ask & make sure. Didn't know if you had company or not.

How's the weather up there?

I don't like chunky salsa so I'm with you there. Some of the salsas aren't so chunky so that's the kind I usually buy and I like medium to hot in regards to amount of "heat".

I'm not sure what kind of weather we're supposed to be getting. My sis said around 6-9 inches + freezing rain, drizzle & sleet. Doesn't sound too good! I wonder if there will be church at all tomorrow.

Ya know, I suppose I might actually like salsa if it weren't so chunky. I do like to dip tortilla chips in salsa (hot), but I always shake the chunks off - I like the liquidy stuff.
