Parkway Apostolic Church in Milwaukee and Calvary Tabernacle Church in Madison, both WI, have hit the 1,000 member mark in recent years. Whether that number has been sustained, I don't know.

Parkway hit the high point over 1,000 in the late 1990's but has really fallen off in attendance in recent years.
