Sean, you don't know what Jesus meant by every jot and tittle? Sean, every jot, every tittle, every stroke of the quill, every dot over a Hebrew letter contained in the entirety of the Law. The law system wasn't given to the Gentiles, it was only given to children of Israel. The priesthood, the tribes, they were to build a temple, and there they would practice their law by animal sacrifices. No uncircumcised Gentile could offer animal sacrifices by the hands of a priest in the temple. This law system complete with priest craft, and slaughtered animals was totally done away with, no Gentile ever, ever, ever, had offered any sacrifice by the hands of the priest in the Temple.
You say the law was passed away for the church? So, I guess you are the one symbolizing all of this? So, when Jesus, said that until heaven and earth pass away, not one single jot, not a stroke of a quill, will disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Really meant when you are baptized and converted HEAVEN AND EARTH PASSES AWAY?
