What kind of fish? We still have some trout in the freezer from last summer's fishing adventures... maybe I need to thaw it... sounds great!

So, do you have a recipe for the pizza sauce?

Homemade Pizza Sauce

2 15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 12 oz. can tomato paste
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp dried oregeno
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
sugar to your taste
salt, pepper to taste

Combine tomato sauce and paste together in large pot. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour stirring occasionally.
Cool. Makes about 4 cups. This freezes well for up to 12 months.

I like all of your ingredients. I would add 2 or 4 cups of beef stock - depending on how much you are making. I save and freeze after making a roast.

I would add some celery salt - just sprinkle a little, minced garlic instead of garlic powder, and a couple of bay leaves.

Wine, cheese, water crackers and a perfectly ripe d'anjou pear. It was lovely.

Dinner? Same as lunch. Pizza. Double cheese. Double pepperoni.

Took some stuffed jalapenos (cream cheese, bacon-wrapped) out of the freezer to thaw the other day. Dog got 'em. Ate every one of them! And no, she's not a Chihuahua!

And she ate the paper towels that were soaking up the moisture, too!
