There just seems to be a "Page 2", though undeniably, Micheal says there is not.

D4T, do you believe that there is a page 2 in this whole idea of how we form the sound the name of the one who died for us, by most interpretation...Jehovah is salvation? By page 2 I mean, not only is it acceptable to God but God EXPECTS IT!
Are you asking if I believe that God expects us to use the term Yeshua (or similar term) rather than Jesus?

well, I am not really asking you, I am more asking if that is what you are hearing the folks who study the "sounding of the name" are putting forth as their understanding.

Now since I now you (as a long-toothed poster) can say, "I don't know ask them", I will ask you ...."do you believe God expects us to use the hebrew sounding of his name in salvation?", since it is likely that the angel spoke to Joesph in Hebrew.

No sir... I do not feel that this pronunciation is necessary.

Those of you who have been speaking on the affirmative side of this discussion of people using the hebrew pronunciation of the name Jesus...

Do you feel that God expects us to use this pronunciation?
Do you feel that God accepts the pronunciation of "Jesus" as used by most?
