I do think that there are those that are a little "simple" in our churches who perhaps cannot grasp a lot of teaching (their comprehension level is about 3rd grade) but from what i have witnessed, even those who are a little slow can learn that there is not a trinity of 3 people in God. I am rather surprised that you all are okay with your members believing in the Trinity

Why? Trinitarians are not the poytheistic demons Oneness folks have made them out to be. They are monotheistic (except for a few that don't understand their own doctrine).
There are differences in our Oneness view of the godhead and the Trinitarian view but not one that affects ones salvation. I agree with Sherri that no one perfectly understands God.
It is only if you believe that people must share your view of the godhead to be saved that it becomes as big a deal as it is for you.
