I do believe that God allows judgement to fall, but is it not interesting that it was those Democrats whose greatest representation are in the Northeast and Pacific Coast states that received the brunt of this tragedy? The Bible says that God is not mocked, yet they scorned Him and His holy city. Not all parts of the nation are equal either. The Northeast is where our nation was founded, and where the largest of His provision was displayed in our earliest days. Why then is it not surprising that He would send chastisement upon them in greater measure than upon the rest of the nation which had fewer such situations?

And Insurance companies sometimes describe a tree falling on a house "an act of God"...is that how we know it was the judgement of God?

Let it be understood that Apostolic Friends Forum is an Apostolic Forum.
Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.
