I hate Karen Hurd.

every page of her website says stop drinking coffee.

I can't stand coffee, but all these diet people do have the common denominator of eliminating anything that is actually "tastes good".

I have to give Hurd this much, she is big on beans which can taste quite yummy....

of course you need hamhock and lots of salt to make that work.... bet she frowns on that.

I would also add BBQ sauce and mounds of melted cheddar.
