Considering the type of "Floridians" he's trying to attract, you should be grateful to him. Let the pervs to go NYC, at least we'll know where all of them are located at.

The thing is they won’t go. The biggest migration was during the pandemic, from New York. That’s why they aren’t making a big fuss down here over Ron DeSantis, and they are singing Sweet Florida. New York is all fouled up, and isn’t going to get better. They know that.

Some of them sure are. There have been videos - posted by the "teachers" themselves - openly stating that they plan to violate the law. I don't know if they added any real teeth to the measure, but I suppose if those "teachers" are true to their word, we'll find out soon enough how serious the state is about enforcing the new law.
They may not move to NYC, but it's not like they could make the place any worse than it is.

Nothing happening around these parts. Anyway, anyone making a fuss, believe that the law was that no one could say the word "gay" to kindergarteners to 5th graders. Fort Lauderdale has a GAY mayor Dean J. Trantalis (Greek Orthodox). The law states that in the grades from kindergarten to 5th grade you are not to TEACH them sexual orientation. Any school or teacher wanting to play around with that, would be opening a can o worms. Which all they need is some troublemakers who would jump at the chance to file a lawsuit citing the current law. The homosexual teachers would lose, and the school board would also lose, and have to pay out to the parents who jumped at the chance to make something out of it.
