I doubt it. Those who make abortion into a major portion of their voting decisions, are typically those who are pro-life, not those who are pro-murder. There are exceptions of course, but they don't make up a big enough voting block to matter much. And those in the middle - who try to toe the line between pro-life and pro-abortion - are typically turned off by the radical leftists who are screaming literal murder.
