Dancing or shouting for me is a sacrifice of praise; thats when I get a blessing and begin to feel God.
It is really embarrasing for me to dance.
Some times I would dance just to tick the flesh off.

I didn't like the coaching as well. I've seen it done first hand. 
A layman was praying with a sinner at the altar... well this layman who is fluent in tongues began to say something slowly like "ebabababa" in the sinners ear.
