From what I gather from AM he does not mind change, but does not feel that the POA needs to leave the UPC to change, correct? By change I do not mean dropping standards, but change in general.

That is a good point. If all of the progressive folks leave that will leave only the mods and cons to dominate.

No... Point to Prove... I may not have my liscense long either.... and being that I'm from T1's part of the country...just asking...
I am NOT enamored with the UPC to be honest....it's become much to political and splintered imo to be called a "Fellowship"... but that's just my opinion...

AM is no Liberal...of that I know...he is very moderate and will do what it takes to win a soul.
IF this becomes a con org? God help us all.

Can't see AM being for that much change other than to broaden the UPC's scope of reaching out....
but then I don't know him personally either... like some others do around here...
It just seems that from I've heard him say in preaching that he is with the UPC for the long haul...

I agree. I think at one time he had the potential to be a lib but mom and dad lived too long and now he is old and set in his own ways.
I don't think he would ever do anything he thought would disappoint his mom or dad and over time staying within those constraints became him.
From my point of view a shame because I think he could have been a leader in moving away from the extra biblical legalism while holding to the PAJC doctrinal position.

I figured that you were not trying to prove a point but had to ask.
I am a fan of some people in the Org, but not very many. What you said about fellowship is dead on there. If you turn in your card is it because you want to stay in the UC, Mod or Lib side?

I've always been considered a right leaning moderate...because I cut my hair and wear short sleeved shirts with french cuffed sleeves...

I would imagine if you don't have your license much longer it would be because you are moving the opposite direction that T1 moved!
You will be on the front row of AMC 2008 and a prime canidate for that new ultra con org!!!!!!!!!!!
