Barb, 7:00!! Are you coming down with whatever it is you Momma has????

I'm going to make Lemon chicken, potatoes and a veggie for supper. Then later I'll settle in to watch Antiques Roadshow on PBS. Exciting life, eh?

Have you ever quartered red potatoes in the oven with olive oil, garlic powder and seasoning salt?! They are great...the powdered ranch dressing mix works well, too.

Mmmm, that sounds good!! I have a bag of those potatoes you throw in the oven with the seasoning already on them. That's what I'm making for supper tonight. But I'll sure keep this other idea in mind. Thanks. I love red potatoes (WITH the skins. I only eat potatoes if the skins are on them. No peeled or mashed potatoes for me, thanks)

That sounds good. I'm going the chicken taco route because it is easy and good...

Btw, when I make potato salad now, I only use red potatoes, with the skin of course...really good...

Well, I got it done! The last few days before print is CRAZY!! I worked from 9am Friday - 1am Saturday, 9:30am Saturday - 2am Sunday and 9:30am Sunday - 5am today! I managed to take about an hour nap this afternoon. Can't wait to go to bed tonight!!!!!!

LOL! That's exactly what I'm NOT doing! I've been feeling off and on for the past week like I was getting sick but I keep refusing it.

Of course having a good immune system that's keeping the bugs at bay doesn't hurt either.
