And they might just need a no vote at conference...."No TV's on this ark"....it's a non-television float trip...

But the Ark-Keepers might not like the idea of another "no" vote. That might not be in OP's favour. LOL!

The word "ark" might not be the best word to use here. The only common thread is the Biblical story. I think a better term would be, "stay in the Titanic!" Oh wait, the Titanic sank huh? Well so may the UPC after the Resolution vote...

That's wonderful Sister, but we must still keep in perspective that it's not only wrong concerning the Bible but that it's gross perversion. They know the statistics as well as I do. I have discussions with homosexuals on the Homosexual gene (myth). Then we have pretty much the go around on how David and Jonathan had a homosexual relationship (barf) and we then move on to the male temple prostitution (Homosexuals call temple prostitution "pagan" homosexuality) and how that kind of homosexuality is wrong in the eyes of God.
We are not talking about a nationality or race of people, we are not speaking about individuals who have alternate lifestyles, and we are talking about a totally depraved group of sex junkies. When you're working with heroin junkies you're not sitting down with them in groups and discussing politics and the temperature outside. Those hard junkies are out spiking King Kong China White into their veins, nodding out, scratching their arms and vomiting. They need prayer and those who are praying are telling God please save them.
The junkie doesn't want to be saved he just wants more douge and he will do whatever he can to find another nickel bag. If he does have the Lord open a door for him he will not be caring if someone was reading John Maxwell's "How to be a leader without the Holy Ghost." He will want to find Apostolic Pentecostals who are not playing games and are not looking to find out if he is sanguine, melancholy, choleric, and phlegmatic.
Red hot flame throwing Holy Ghost, pew running, tongue talking, shouting Apostolics who will pray the junkie, crack head, and sex perverts through to the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues, and baptize them in the name of Jesus for the remission of sins.

It's called theatrics, it's not like this was done in a private house church, or prayer meeting. This was done in front of God and everyone. Just like the display with the agnostic Carlton Pearson and the lesbian pastor who washed his feet in front of her congregation. Foot washing is not about display it's about servitude. Reba, Dony, Carlton Pearson have left ministry long ago and now they are just professional entertainers.

I've got a home in that rock don't you see
I've got a home in that rock don't you see
I've got a home in that rock just beyond the mountain top
Hide me, O Rock of Ages, cleft for me
God gave Noah the rainbow sign don't you see
God gave Noah the rainbow sign don't you see
God gave Noah the rainbow sign no more water but fire next time
Hide me, O Rock of Ages, cleft for me
Poor old Lazarus poor as I don't you see
Poor old Lazarus poor as I don't you see
Poor old Lazarus poor as I when he died he had a home on high
Hide me, O Rock of Ages, cleft for me
East and west the fire will roll hide thou me
East and west the fire will roll hide thou me
East and west the fire will roll how will it be with my poor soul
Hide me, O Rock of Ages, cleft for me
When this world is all on fire hide thou me
When this world is all on fire hide thou me
When this world's all on fire let thy bosom be my pillow
Hide me, O Rock of Ages, cleft for me
DON'T LEAVE THE ROCK!!!!
